Softnaze Return Policy 📦💌

By returning an item, you agree to our terms. The process is quite simple, with details as follows:

Retourperiode:Als trotse huisdiereneigenaar (en gewaardeerde klant) hebt u het recht om uw aankoop binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling te annuleren, zonder opgaaf van redenen. Neem binnen 30 dagen na levering contact met ons op via support@softnaze.com om ons op de hoogte te stellen van uw voornemen om het product te retourneren. Na ontvangst van uw geretourneerde artikel zullen wij uw terugbetaling snel en zonder gedoe verwerken! 🐾

Retourzending met tracking: Retourneer artikelen in een pakket met een trackingnummer. Wij zullen uw terugbetaling onmiddellijk verwerken na ontvangst van het geretourneerde artikel. Zorg ervoor dat u het trackingnummer naar support@softnaze.com stuurt. ✉️

Vereisten voor de staat van het artikel: Artikelen moeten ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking zijn om in aanmerking te komen voor een volledige terugbetaling. Mocht u bij ontvangst problemen ontdekken, stuur ons dan onmiddellijk foto's van de schade. Zo kunnen wij u de best mogelijke oplossing bieden! 🐶📸

Responsibility of the sender: As a customer, you are responsible for returning the package neatly and safely, so make sure it is well packaged. Lost package? Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost shipments, so make sure you arrange everything properly with the postal service.

Shipping advice: We advise you to send the package insured. This way, you are protected against loss or damage during shipping and you don't have to worry! 😇

Return costs: The costs of returns are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed. Usually, the costs are between €20 and €30, depending on the size, weight, and chosen postal service of your package, it can sometimes be higher. 📦

Return procedure in 8 simple steps 🐾🚀

Step 1: Read the return conditions above carefully before you start.
Step 2: Contact us at support@softnaze.com and provide your order number and any photos of defects or damage.
Step 3: Download, print, and fill out our return form. Include it in the package.
Step 4: Pack your product carefully. Nobody likes damaged packages, right? 📦
Step 5: Create a trackable shipping label  and send it to our return address at the bottom of this page. Make sure it has a track & trace code!
Step 6: Stick the shipping label securely on the package.
Step 7: Send the tracking number to support@softnaze.com as soon as you have sent it.
Step 8: Wait patiently for your return to arrive and as soon as we have received your package, we will refund you within 14 days using the same method you used to pay! 💰🐾
